WIRE TRANSFER INSTRUCTIONS

NGJ's wire transfer instructions have changed for all customers who wire payment or pay by ACH.
NGJ has switched to US Bank effective July 29, 2011.

Please call NGJ Customer Service at 1-888-645-2497 option 5.

Please Note: When wiring payment between countries, it is common banking practice for intermediary or "gateway" banks to deduct fees prior to the receipt of the funds by NGJ's bank.  It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional fees deducted prior to receipt at NGJ's bank.  If the customer's bank uses an intermediary bank to effect payment, it is requested that the customer add those fees to the initial wire amount.

In addition, you must also fax or email supporting statement number or invoice number detail to NGJ Corporate Accounting so we may properly apply the wired funds to your account.
